Footprint Gallery: Drawing in the Yard
Footprint Gallery have been commissioned by Vibrant Shropshire to run their ‘Class of 25’ project as part of the This is Shropshire Festival. The project is a fully funded 8 -week creative mentoring programme for a group of artists.
The programme is open to artists at the beginning of their journey or those seeking a new direction in their practice and is designed to support and inspire.
The commission is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
As part of the programme, Footprint Gallery is offering a Drawing in the Yard day on Saturday 13 September from 10:30 – 3:00. Open to all abilities and free of charge, members of the public can take part in a day of drawing in the Jackfield Tile Museum yard. Experienced artists will be on hand to help and all participants will have the chance to have their work exhibited in the final Class of 25 exhibition.
There is no need to book, just turn up.
