Continuo Foundation grants aim to provide the inspiration, funds and confidence needed for ensembles to plan and carry out a range of projects that will bring inspiring music to communities across the UK, particularly in areas lacking access to classical music, and which will enrich and strengthen the early music sector for the future.
Grant Round 11 continues Continuo’s separate eligibility category for emerging ensembles. They are keen to enable these musicians, many of whom are graduates from 2020-2025, to gain the visibility and performing experience needed to build sustainable careers and grow audiences.
There is also an additional £6,000 grant in partnership with The Purcell Society to support one or more performance or recording projects exclusively or predominantly featuring the music of Henry Purcell.
