Fidelio Charitable Trust Arts Grants

Deadline for applications: 25/09/2026
Amount available
£5,000.00
Criteria

Applications may be made on behalf of individuals aged over 21 and groups who are practitioners or performers in the arts. Proposed recipients must be in real need of support and considered particularly able and or gifted. There is no nationality restriction, but beneficiaries must be based in the UK. The work being supported may take place overseas.

Requests must be submitted by institutions, colleges, arts festivals or other similar arts organisations in the UK with recognised relevant expertise, preferably registered charities.

The Trust welcomes requests across the arts, particularly music, including opera, lieder and composition, and theatre. Support can cover activities including special tuition or coaching such as attending master classes, participation in external competitions, costs linked to a specially arranged performance and assistance with a musical composition.

Trustees meetings are normally held three times a year in spring, summer and autumn to consider requests. Deadlines for application are subject to change, and applicants should check the Trust’s website before applying.

Applications will not be considered from those seeking support for themselves or their school age children (eg, for course or competition fees), or for capital items or retrospective expenditure.

The deadline for applications is 25 September 2026 (12:00 noon).
