UK Music Creators Growth Fund Invites Applications
Arts Council England is accepting applications to the Music Creators Growth Fund, an investment programme established through the UK Government’s Music Growth Package, launched in 2026.
The grants are intended to strengthen creators’ skills, resources and professional development while supporting sustainable careers in a changing music industry. They can also support artistic development, innovation, wider access and opportunities for underrepresented creators.
Applications are open to UK-based creators working in new music, including artists, bands, collectives, composers, DJs, producers, songwriters and small ensembles. ‘New music’ is defined as original work recently created or performed by living, UK-based creators for commercial exploitation.
The funding can be used to support activities such as creating, recording, releasing and promoting music, along with touring, showcasing, networking, market development and early-stage international activity. Support may also cover mentoring, team building, strategic planning, catalogue marketing, self-publishing, sync licensing and environmental improvements.
Awards range from £10,000 to £20,000 and can cover up to 75% of eligible project costs. Activities may last for up to 18 months.
The deadline for Round One applications is 29 October 2026.
